THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST
IOWA...WEST CENTRAL IOWA...EAST CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND NORTHEAST
NEBRASKA.

• DAY ONE...TONIGHT AND TUESDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED...MAINLY NON-SEVERE SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD PUSH ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST
CENTRAL NEBRASKA TONIGHT INTO WEST CENTRAL IOWA. LIGHTNING WILL BE
THE PRIMARY HAZARD WITH THESE STORMS...HOWEVER SMALL HAIL AND
GUSTY WINDS COULD ACCOMPANY ANY STRONGER STORMS.

THE STORMS ARE THE RESULT OF A WEATHER DISTURBANCE PASSING THROUGH
THE AREA.

SEVERAL RIVERS IN THE AREA REMAIN HIGH THROUGH TUESDAY.

• DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY
NIGHT AND AGAIN THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...AS WELL AS SUNDAY
NIGHT AND MONDAY. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS COULD DEVELOP WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN THURSDAY. IN
ADDITION...HEAVY RAIN COULD ACCOMPANY ANY STORMS THAT DEVELOP.

AS WE GET CLOSER TO THESE EVENTS...WE WILL HAVE A BETTER HANDLE
ON IF THE WARM AIR WILL SUPPRESS THE STORM ACTIVITY FOR WEDNESDAY.
THURSDAY...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION.
